She is an extremely acclaimed television personality with several well-known show. Veteran broadcaster with more than twenty years of experience in reporting on business and the economics, she was instrumental in aiding CNBC to become one of the top channels for economics and business. Her highly successful journalistic career makes one believe that the woman was meant to be in this particular field. Maria was a bit unsure when picking a path she wanted to take as an adult woman. She was then tempted to become an interior designer. Once she discovered the pleasures of journalism, she never turned around. Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn, an American actress in TV and film, as well as theatre. A gifted thespian, she has been actively involved in professional theatre over the last 27 years. She made her acting debut on stage in an off-Broadway production The Big Funk by John Patrick Shanley in 1990. The following year, she was chosen for her first role on TV in The Perfect Tribute. In 1992, when she played as a support role in the movie Basic Instinct, her career took off. The Firm marked her first role as a female leading actor, playing opposite Tom Cruise and Gene Hackman.
